510 Church Street is a sophisticated new smart building by Alfasi Property. I played a significant role in both the lighting design and the project management for its facade and entry, at WSP Australia.
Facade and entry
These two elements carry the public reading of a commercial building. The facade establishes identity at a distance while the entry manages arrival at close range, and the two were developed to work together as a single coherent statement.
Completion
The project reached Practical Completion in October 2021, marking a milestone in sustainable and innovative commercial building design in Melbourne.
