Helix – Vivid Lighting Festival 2017

Light art installation · Vivid Sydney

Layered plexiglass and softly flowing light, arranged so that the work changes as you move around it.

Helix was exhibited at Circular Quay for Vivid Sydney in June 2017, created with Stefan Isherwood and Sara McClintock.

Depth from perspective

Helix uses layered plexiglass panels and softly flowing lights to create a mesmerising, perspective-oriented experience. As viewers move around the work, shifting light patterns interact with the transparent surfaces to produce an illusion of depth and movement, inviting exploration and immersion in a dynamic play of light and perspective.
